I recently stayed at the Sarwat Park Hotel in Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is strategically located near the Ritz Carlton and various embassies, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Shahad Saif, a receptionist who exemplified professionalism and kindness. Her respectful demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself is impressively clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The staff were cooperative and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

While it may not have been the most extensive spread, it provided enough options to start the day off right. One of the highlights of the hotel is its convenient location, making it easy to access by foot to VIA Riyadh. This made exploring the city and getting around hassle-free, allowing me to make the most of my time in Riyadh. Overall, my stay at Sarwat Park Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious room, convenient location, and satisfactory amenities.

I was very surprised at the quality of the property and size of the room. The description under represented the quality of the room and property. This will be my new home in Riyadh as the location is excellent, including access directly off the main roads.

The hotel location was very convenient and near in KAICC. Rooms are clean and room service is very impressive. I would also like to commend Ms. Shahad Ai Sif from the front desk who assisted us graciously in our request for late checkout. 10 stars for her!

1. Quiet and nice location. 2. Near Dunkin Donuts and Kudu. For quick bites if one is hungry in the night. 3. Staff was kind to give me an upgrade without asking.
